Business Visa

Start a successful business bringing your expertise to a community who will truly value and appreciate what you have to offer.

One reason that a Business Visa in Thailand is a great option is because you can get a multiple entry visa, and you can then go in and out as you please to other countries nearby, or back to your home country to sort out any business logistics.  Also, you can stay as long as you want as long as your business visa is intact and valid.

Another reason is that there are many different kinds of businesses that you can choose.  You can open up your own restaurant.  While Thai food is amazing, it is definitely a food and tourist culture in some areas.  So, you could open up the only restaurant in a large area that has really great tacos, or pizza.  You can offer up your specialty, and add to the international flavor of the region.  You may invest in a hotel and fix it up and make it a little boutique place.  You might find a location to provide a retirement community.  There are a lot of cannabis clubs already, but maybe your spin on an environment would make yours become the most popular!  You never know...

Of course tech, import-export, IT and software, digital marketing, manufacturing, those kinds of businesses do well in Thailand too.  The location is close to China, and other major hubs in Asia, making it an ideal spot to do whatever it is you want to do.  The price of doing business is very reasonable.

There are many ways to set up a business, but my recommendation is to set it up so that it is in your name.  The total cost for my service, along with everything you need to get your own business in Thailand is $7000 US.  That includes everything.  Please fill out the form on the home page and I will get back to you via email.  We can set up a time to talk, and then discuss payment options.

Student Visa

Learn Thai and become fluent in a beautiful, simple, and fun language to speak and write.  Order your own food.  Wow locals with your knowledge, and make instant and long-lasting friendships.

Bring your curiosity, your sense of adventure, and a desire for knowledge to Thailand and be rewarded with a wealth of understanding about culture, history, and the present.  Find people you can converse with everywhere, and engage them at will because you can speak Thai!

There are many language schools where one can study, offering classes online as well as in person.  There are even some schools that allow you to stay on a visa by learning Muay Thai.  Whatever your passion, there are options for you.

Students can enjoy a peaceful life of study without having to constantly go in and out of Thailand on a tourist visa, which has its limitations.  Students also can garner a depth of recognition of the written word thus leaving the muteness and illiteracy of the typical foreigner behind.

One can take cooking classes, massage classes, art classes, and many other things.  If you can speak Thai, you can not only order food or taxi cabs in the way you would like, but you are also able to get a Thai driver's license, rent a motorbike, and travel the country as you please.  Learn as you go, as Thai people are kind, forgiving, and do their best to understand you even if your Thai is rusty.  As Thailand is a Buddhist country, you can even learn to meditate, and the finer points of Buddhism at a monastery if you choose to follow that path.
Take your time, and allow yourself the full scope and breadth of learning take ahold in your soul, and discover something new and rediscover yourself.

Retirement Visa

Retire in peace, with safety, economic security, proper healthcare, and all of the amenities you have earned.

If you are 50 years old, or are approaching 50, you might want to consider a Retirement Visa.  You will need about $25,000 to keep in a Thai bank account for about 2 months, and you will need proof of income of about $2000 a month.  The benefit of course, is that you'll be able to stay in Thailand and come in and out as you need to.  You'll have a place to stay that is inexpensive, where you can allow your money to grow, while you take care of yourself and get the self care and rest that you need.  There are also some nice alternatives to this retirement visa, which allow for 5 years up to 20 years, and all can be renewed as needed.

Retirees enjoy the benefits of being able to not really need to work or study, but can enjoy all the benefits of living in Thailand without hassles of leaving after your 90-day tourist visa is up.  You can stay in your place, enjoy the beach or the mountains or wherever you live, and live relatively inexpensively.  It's a great benefit financially, but also gives peace of mind.

Remember, older people are treated with respect and tend to have an easier time than in most developed nations in terms of community, as well as good treatment.  You can start to cultivate your community be it big or small, and options exist to hire help if you need it for transportation, care, or whatever else inexpensively, with good people who offer positivity and good sense.

This service is $2000, and I will guide you through all of the steps as they come.  A heads up, you need to be at least 20 years old for this one, and have some financial status.  You'll need to show that you have at least $15,000 in your bank for a series of three months in a row, and that you've got some financial income that is steady and regular.   If this option is for you, please feel free to send an email and inquire.
